Brighter Tomorrow Foundation (BTF) is a non-profit organization working to prevent suicide and promote mental health awareness in Bangladesh. We value the trust of our donors and supporters. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for donations and returns of gift items purchased from us.<\/p>

1. Donations<\/h2>

All donations made to Brighter Tomorrow Foundation are non-refundable.<\/strong><\/p>

Donations support our mental health outreach, suicide prevention programs, and awareness campaigns. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the case of a transaction error (e.g., duplicate donation, incorrect amount). If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within\u00a07 days<\/strong>\u00a0of the transaction. We will review and, if appropriate, issue a refund.<\/p>
