Brighter Tomorrow Foundation (BTF) is a non-profit organization working to prevent suicide and promote mental health awareness in Bangladesh. We value the trust of our donors and supporters. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for donations and returns of gift items purchased from us.
1. Donations
All donations made to Brighter Tomorrow Foundation are non-refundable.
Donations support our mental health outreach, suicide prevention programs, and awareness campaigns. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the case of a transaction error (e.g., duplicate donation, incorrect amount). If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and, if appropriate, issue a refund.
2. Gift Item Sales
We may offer merchandise or gift items to raise funds for our activities. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return guidelines:
Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-returnable items: Customized, used, or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
