1) If you find yourself in an awfully irritating situation, then don’t be guided by the useless belief that you will lose your dignity by sharing your painful experience with others. It’s not too tough to find out several personalities, who exist around you and bear the mentality that you also bear.

2) Do something sometimes for creating happy moments, like lightening a candle and remembering your dear ones.

3) Spend 10 to 15 minutes each day for physical exercise.

4) Always believe that there is a set of people around you, who love you.

5) Maintain regular contact with an anti-suicide organization. Online contact is preferred if direct contact is not possible.

6) Develop a good habit, such as reading books, listening to songs, gardening, etc.

7) Believe it always that your departure from the world will be painful for those who really love you.

8) Talk to people to share your thoughts and beliefs. Don’t kill your moments by silently being absorbed in brooding.
